Berry Cake

This berry cake was baked at Whole Foods Market in Metairie, Louisiana. It was brought to our Thanksgiving Day dinner by a friend. As you can see from the picture, the cake contained strawberries, blueberries, cherries and blackberries. The inside was moist and contained more berries. The icing was light and fluffy.

The cake was delicious and I confess that I would love to have had a second piece but I didn't want to make a pig of myself - even on the holiday when many of us eat more than we do on any other day of the year!
