Batman Birthday Cake

Batman Birthday Cake

Batman Birthday Cake

This was made for my oldest who turned 8 at that time. I didn't use a special pan. I printed a coloring book page and placed a sheet of wax paper over the top of the page. Then I filled it in like I was coloring it. Starting with the eyes, mouth, belt and batman symbol, then layered the other colors on top.

Use cornstarch to press the frosting into a more even layer. Then place the frosting sheet in the freezer until completely firmed. I frosted the cake then the next day, got the frosting sheet out of the freezer, turned it over carefully and placed it on the cake, then peeled the wax paper off the frosting.
