Baby Bear On His Blanket

This cake I stayed up all night doing for my sister in law for her baby shower.

The cake is two sheet cakes half chocolate and half white. The bear is made out of a pound cake and white cake. The two cakes are mixed together so the bear can stand up without crumbling.

There is an interesting story with this cake. My sister in law actually went into labor that morning so she could not even enjoy her cake. And I went with no sleep.

It's okay, I loved making it and I would do it again. I am actually duplicating this exact cake for a friend of mine having twins.
