1 cup butter 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 cups flour 1/4 teaspoon salt
Cream butter, sugar and vanilla. Add flour and salt. Roll into 1" balls and place on un-greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes or just until bottom starts to turn golden. Do not overcook. Roll in powdered sugar and cool. Then dust with a little more powdered sugar once completely cooled.
