A Small Blue Birthday Cake For My 5 yr Old Cousin

I made this cake for my little cousin he was turning 5 and my aunt was having a small get together at her home. So I was asked to bake a cake.

This cake was fairly easy. I used a prepared cake mix that can be obtained at any local supermarket and I made my own icing using a mixture of prepared icing sold at stores and other various ingredients that included a marshmallow spread. I then bought some Hershey's kisses for decorations. And it was a hit everyone loved the cake and even commented on how good the icing was!
