A Homemade Wedding Cake

My niece and her future husband planned their wedding on a very limited budget as they footed the bill for the wedding themselves. I volunteered to help make the cake with my sister and this is the result.

She wanted a traditional style and we made it all from scratch. It wasn't perfect looking but she loved it and it was delicious!

It served about 50 guests and cost about $25. This is a guess as we didn't think about that at the time.
