A Chocolate Wedding Cake This was a chocolate wedding cake that I made for my friends' Stew & Lisa's wedding 5 years ago. At the time I did not know much about cake decorating, so I picked up The Cake Bible by Rose Levy Beranbaum and learned everything I needed to know about tiering, stacking, fondant etc. The bride's only request was that the cake be Chocolate, so everything about it was, including the roses. |
