A Cake Fit For A Princess

It was my daughter's 5th birthday and she didn't want me to buy her a cake, she wanted me to bake her one.

She was really into Mickey and Minnie Mouse, so, I made her a Minnie Mouse cake.

I used a regular round pan for the head and ears and I put the cake in the freezer for a little while so I could cut the ears out of it a lot easier.

I got black frosting for the ears and face and white frosting for the eyes. I also got food coloring for the white frosting to make the pink bow for her ears and red for her mouth.

It came out marvelous and it was the easiest thing to make, my daughter loved it!
