60th Wedding Anniversary Cake

This is not a homemade cake. It actually came from the bakery at the local Wal-Mart Store. As you can see, it was a multi-layer cake. It was gorgeous and had plenty of details in the icing. It tasted great also -- especially for us sugar lovers! They saved the top layer in a box like people do at weddings.

The couple who were celebrating their 60th anniversary, John and Elizabeth, are absolutely charming people and they have a great family.
