3rd Birthday Princess Castle Cake

For my daughter's third birthday I decided to let her choose the kind of cake she would like. Unfortunately for me she chose a castle. Not just any castle, a PINK and SPARKLY castle. So I searched for a match to her order and found it at www.howdini.com including a step by step guide.

There was no special pan required, only a few square cake pans. There needed to be room in both my freezer and refrigerator to make the cake perfectly so I was lucky enough to have a spare (and empty) refrigerator in the basement. Howdini.com also had a variety of other cakes, which I hope to try in the future for my son, husband, brother, cousins, etc.
