What a GREAT cake!!! You did an amazing job! I love making cakes, but have always worked with Butter cream icing. It does work very good and can resemble the smoothness of fondant. I think I'll have to try working with fondant sometime soon. Looks like fun! What recipe did you use for the fondant, if you don't mind me asking?
