3 Year Old Birthday Party Cake

What inspired me to make this cake? Well we were going with the balloon theme party, lots of balloons and primary colors.

The birthday girl was turning three.

I prebaked the cookies a day ahead to save time.

The cookies, cookie icing and cake are all handmade.
