21st Birthday Cake

What inspired us to get this cake was that my daughter was turning 21 and she was having a big birthday bash in honor of it. We wanted everyone to be able to a get a slice of her birthday cake so we made it that big.

My advice is to make the icing yourself at home because icings that come on store bought cakes are just too sweet and no one even ends up finishing their slice.
