1st Birthday Cupcake Cake

So my daughter was turning a year old and even though I knew I was no Betty Crocker I got the crazy idea to make her a cupcake cake for her birthday along with a special cake for her to shove her face in.

I used your classic cupcake pans and a circle pan. I wasn't horrible but there were some unexpected thing that happened such as the frosting fell through the cracks and it didn't look like the picture I have seen. Even boby enjoyed it. I would suggest a trial run even if it a mini one just to work out the kinks.
