1st Birthday Car Cake

My son loved playing with cars, so what better cake for his first birthday than a car cake? I used a special 3-D car cake pan. The only problem was that I used a lot of frosting coloring to get the bright, vivid colors I wanted, so you can imagine the mess that it made! Another thing I loved about the 3-D car was that it allowed my son to literally dive into his cake.
